Burger or Hamburger is savored as the most desired fast food meal in the United States. A hamburger is basically a sandwich prepared by stuffing ground meat patty, generally beef, between two slices of a bun cut in half. Hamburger is also famous for its seasoning. Most popular condiments used in hamburgers in the United States are mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Besides ground meat patty, hamburgers are also stuffed with lettuce, onions, tomato slices, pickles, and cheese.
Hamburgers are also categorized into two types in the United States. Fast food hamburger and individual hamburgers served at restaurants are two basic types of burgers served in the United States. The individual hamburgers served at restaurants are prepared using everything including lettuce, onion, tomato, and sliced pickles as well as melted cheese on the patty or crumbled on top. American restaurants also serve veggie burgers for those who don't relish meat. Cheeseburgers are also hot favorite in the United States.
McDonalds is the most popular fast food burger restaurant serving different types of burgers in the United States. On the other hand, there are several restaurants such as Burger King are famous for serving the best hamburgers in the United States. In and out is dangerous.. Just like your crazy ex girlfriend. The food is excellent. The staff is friendly and fast. I've never had an order wrong no matter how complicated or how much it was. I've never had anything weird happen with my food or found anything gross in it ( mc Donald's I dislike you after finding a hair in my fries and I'll never be back) Don't compare in and out to any other burger joint. It's dangerous! Smother everything animal style with extra grilled onions if you're like me and love onions and you're all set. I suggest you hit the gym double time if you've eaten here. If you don't have a gym membership maybe you should get one bc this place compares to you're hot ex girlfriend who you know is bad for you but you keep going back for more. Ask for the double double, animal style with extra grilled onions and your fries well done and animal style as well. You can thank me later.

Working on a regional sales team- we tend to travel a lot and whenever we have a meeting planned in Salt Lake City we ALWAYS go to In-N-Out Burger. Like my team is obsessed with it- it's a little crazy. This team trip we had to guess how many In-N-Out patties would be consumed in the span of 2 and half days for a team of 11. I guessed 35- nope I underestimated clearly because the grand total happened to be 48! Can you believe it?! Ahhhhh... but seriously though In-N-Out is one of those classic fast food hamburger joints but better. The menu is very simple and typically get service with a smile which is nice. I will give this place 4 stars because their fries are so so and there is another fast food burger chain that does it better - the almighty steak n' shake!

I've heard about these places for awhile and I wasn't that impressed. Don't get me wrong the burgers are good and fresh. I just don't know if it's the best burger I have ever had. My wife thought that the fries were the best part. I love that everything is fresh. I would definitely go back if I had one by me.

I was skeptical about all the hype when In and Out first opened, and I was honestly very pleasantly surprised by how much I like it! All the employees are friendly, I am always greeted. The location is great, and its very clean. Fries are amazing, always crispy and not too salty. And the burgers? Just delicious. It's just a pure, good burger, no weird toppings or confusing favors. There is always a little bit of a wait, but it's really no big deal. They are careful with the food, and make sure nothing is messy.
(5)Bryan W.
Love the burgers! Don't forget the secret menu on their website.

The place was still busy at 10pm! The line went quick and food didn't take to long to get. Cashiers were very jolly. I got the animal style cheese burger and fries. Gottal get the animal stle...grilled onions and mushrooms!
(3)Gene K.
Everyone is so polite and patient, and the food is great and so are the prices.
(5)Emily D.
I had never had an In-N-Out burger before... Better quality and less expensive than other fast food establishments.
(4)Tom N.
I will drive great distances to get my In-n-out fix - double double animal style is the way to go with their excellent fries

In n Out is a family favorite. We used to actually plan In n Out stops when we were on road trips to Southern California, now we have them locally:) Double double animal style and a Neapolitan shake are my favorite, my daughter likes animal style fries and my husband chose a cheeseburger with grilled onions and regular fries. The whole family ate for a mere $16.
(4)Linda R.
Visiting Utah and the burger guys wanted to go back a second time. I'm not a connoisseur of burgers but it was a decent sandwich. Husband hand animal style. Son had a double double. Both reported they really liked them. Shakes are pretty good. Fries were okay too. Even on a busy weekday lunch rush, service was pretty quick. For the price, it was a good deal. Did like that they were open late as the first visit was around midnight on a Monday night.
(4)Justine M.
Your typical in-n-out. The service was very friendly. Not too many people on a thurs night around 11pm. This location is open until 1am.

Fun having In-N-Out in Utah! Was a tasty surprise. Typical delicious burgers and fries :) It was absolutely packed when we stopped in, so service took a little longer than anticipated. But the meal delivered satisfaction as expected ! Yum!

I was here for a conference and I am from California, had (3) other guys who had never Been here. They ALL said BEST they have ever had..!!
(5)Kassiah W.
First time I've ever been to one of these. We went through the drive-thru, I ordered the Double Double, my SO ordered the Double Double with animal fries. I'm not a huge fan of fry sauce, but he said his fries were just as awesome as any other time he's eaten there, and both of our burgers were top shelf. My favorite thing about my Double Double was the whole slice of onion. Usually fast food joints skimp on the trimmings, but this place did not, and I was very pleased with my order. If only we could get one of these places in SE Idaho..
(5)Weston J.
I drink your milkshake. Employees wear funny hats. It's like the 60s. A secret menu Seems counter-intuitive. But it exists here. Haiku review.
(3)Heather M.
They were absolutely packed when we came in for a late dinner but the girl working the cash register got everyones order taken quickly and despite the many orders ahead of ours we got our food completely correct and in less than 10 minutes. FOH was a huge mess- clearly no one had had a chance to clean all evening but the instant business slowed someone was out wiping down tables and restocking. I dont usually review fast food places but I was really impressed! Especially as someone who has worked in fast food before.
(4)Nate B.
Still baffled by this chain. The menu is obviously pared down for speed: so why would it take 15 minutes to get a burger and a shake at three in the afternoon? Pedestrian food (I can make a better burger at home); vacuous atmosphere; unrealistic prices. Some people will crawl through broken glass for this stuff, but I consider this chain to be an underperformer - and I'm not going to visit this location again.
(1)Joshua C.
The hamburger was really good along with the fries. The workers were also very friendly.
(5)Nick N.
I'm from the northeast, and have been a burger eater for my entire life. I went here ONCE, ordered a regular old cheeseburger, and it was easily, unquestionably the best burger I've ever had. Enough said. Been craving it for years now.

The In N Out The California staple has expanded and moved to Utah awhile ago. Great now I don't have to take trips to California or Las Vegas just to get that sweet taste of meat in between two delicious buns I remember our long trip to the wild wild west where my father and I were eagerly looking through the window just to spot an in n out. Now in the wild wild west valley city we have an in n out. Just a few blocks away from my house. The lines always seem to be pretty long but they seem to go by very fast. The staff here is very nice and extremely fast. I have never had an ounce of bad service here. The animal style fries are amazing. One complaint though is that the cheese on anything (burgers, cheese fries etc,) always seems to be extremely cold. Maybe it's just my luck? Now the only downside it's that it's in *sigh valley fair mall area. Leaving you to deal with about 100 pre teens giving the workers a hard time during the weekend. But if you can get past this. It should be a great time!
(4)Fernando D.
I decided to try In-N-Out for the first time tonight. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly and seemed to be happy to work there. But the food was a bit disappointing. I thought that it would be better than it was since it is so popular. I will not be returning. To me, Burger King and McDonalds has way better tasting burgers and fries.
(2)Julie V.
Hello. My name is Julie, and I am a foodaholic. Here's where it all began... At 12 years old, I spent my annual summer breaks volunteering at the local library just two blocks from where I grew up. Upon receiving a certificate for achieving over 650 volunteer hours, I received a stack of leftover In-N-Out free cheeseburger achievement certificates. I gave them all to Daddy and he took the family to this non-McDonalds place. I was like...meh, I guesssss we'll try it, it's free. Low and behold...my tastebuds were changed forever. I entered food puberty... Is it wrong to feel? But...to feel is to be human, and to be human is to be me....and to be me is to love. True love never changes, and...and...I can feel my heart racing and my breath heavy at the scent, the touch, the taste of the juicy, meaty goodness that In-In-Out secretly names THE monkey style cheeseburger. Yes, my food stalkers...behold, 'tis the forbidden food of the legendary secret menu. Oh how I desire your fresh hot crispy well-done animal-style fries stacked on top of your farm raised 100% beef patties smothered in ALL American cheese with smears of spread dripping everywhere stuffed between the most perfects buns known to the state of Utah. And to think, every cell of beefy goodness derived from one of the cows raised in the exclusive In-N-Out farms. Ohhhhh yes.... yes, yes, yes!! The greatest hurt I'll ever know is the realization that I must bid you farewell with my last bite...but to have met you was to love and to have finished you was to gain...weight. Oh, my sweet monkey love...although a part of you will always be in my heart (literally), I still yearn to have you again. Now that I've given you loyal readers a peak of my slighty-above-average obsession with In-In-Out, and you were all kind enough to continue reading, I will speak of my experiences at this lovely establishment where I met my true *cough* I mean tried the monkey-style cheeseburger. What is Monkey Style, you curious Yelpies may ask?!! Animal style fries stuffed in a cheeseburger. Sounds simple, no? Ohhh, but u must order it separate and assemble yourself--work for your food bros. If you want it Julie's monkey style, ask for "animal style fries well done with extra grilled onions and a cheeseburger with extra extra grilled onions and extra tomato please!!" When you get it, open up top toasty bun, insert top half of animal style fries, close bun, and enjoy. Mouth will need to open extra wide to fit in all the goodness. Your body should have also been exercising for at least an hour prior to earning this deliciousness... Needless to say, I enjoy In-N-Out...in part because of my Cali gurlz origin, in part first earned quality burger, in part my cheapskate ways loving the cheap but good food, and in part bc it's In-N-Out (duhr). FYI if I sound a tad more awesome than usual, I am in a car being driven to San Diego now alongside the sleeping parentals with only old school Vietnamese style opera on. I must entertain myself and I am restless from the several liquid courage counts that I had prior to this car ride. I am so thirsty, and I could really use some In-N-Out like....now. Now I shall begin revealing the relevant details regarding this specific joint--West Valley Pride! *cue WV hand signs* It's great! They are fast, not super packed, and employees are super courteous & efficient. I've had times when I came in with few others in and they brought my food to my table and asked how the food was. Drive through is almost always speedy, and I've always gotten huge smiles. In-N-Out anywhere is almost all the same, and they do a great job with calibration between different locations. They are reknown for their happy employees (hence great service with high efficiency) with great quality food that brings a smile to your face (in part bc your wallet is still oh so heavy). In-N-Out: That's what a hamburger's all about! Tip 1: Curious about the legendary secret menu? It's all online. Google it to find the huge list of what they can do. You will also pick up the lingo (well done means extra fried for fries or toasted for buns). You may stumble across other secret menu items from other places like Starbucks *gasp* Tip 2: The oil here is fried with only potatoes, so the animal style fries and fries here are completely gluten-free for all you gluten sensitive/intolerant folks roughing it out there trying to find a decent spud--I feel ya. There was a point I questioned if I had Celiacs but then I realized I just had 10 too many burgers. (I kid) Tip 3: Get protein style if you dont want the bread. You can also order extra tomatoes or onions (speaking of onions, you can get the default raw, grilled onions or whole grilled onions which is like the raw slices that they grill whole-hence name) Tip 4: You know that amazing smell you sense 500 meters away from every INO establishment? It's the bread. Food for thought, literally. You're welcome.

We don't have In-n-Out in Florida, so when I'm around one I like to remember my childhood a bit and hit one. This one had dead little overcooked patties that made me think I was at a Krystal, not the URGE. The fries, likewise, were particularly lackluster. In a town where coffee shops and bars are an endangered species, do you really have to screw up A list burgers too?
(2)Joe P.
Tasty little burger served on a cute tray with greasy fries. Service was a little slow, which surprised me, given the name. While admittedly a big improvement over other fast food hamburger joints, I honestly didn't see what the big deal was. Maybe I should've asked to have my burger prepared 'Animal Style'.
(3)Jordan Aaron C.
IS IT JUST UTAH?? 5/5 Stars Best experience & service ever at a busy fast good joint. Maybe it's just because it is Utah but this location was the best!!! Since In-n-Out doesn't exist in Hawaii, when ever I get the chance to eat it on a vacation to the mainland, I try to make an effort to get some "animal style" fries & burger!!!! Animal style is off the menu, but it is delicious. As for how the food was, it tastes like any other In-n-Out, like is should, but the people here were just so Genuine and Kind. They were very patience since some people in my order didn't know what they wanted and we made her wait like 5 minutes with minute breaks inbewteen each order. I felt really bad, but she just smiled & spoke so kindly helping us. I felt like we were very Inconsiderate & it wasn't me, but the people I was with. so I kept apologizing & she just smiled and said it was ok. After our order was done & we got our food to eat, one person sipped their milk shake and wanted a larger size. The order-taker-lady simply charged us the difference and upgraded the milk shake with a smile. What great service from a fast food joint at 1 in the morning & a bunch of drunk people taking their time. I felt like she handled the situation well & made us feel happy. I was just Impressed!!! Way to go!!!

Usually In N Out is one of my favorite fast food stops when traveling out west. The food is a bit better than McDonald's and such, but my visit to this Utah location wasn't as great as my last one in California. Burgers were not as well put together as they usually are, and the fries tasted like they had been sitting a little longer than they should have. They also forgot to include one order of fries, which is so unlike the other In N Outs I've been to. I also tried my luck ordering from the "secret menu" with limited success. Animal style came out correct, but apparently cold cheese and extra toast aren't recognized at this particular In N Out. Despite these minor issues, I'm still an In N Out fan and will most likely have it again on my next trip out west.
(3)Monica V.
You guys have been so good to me lately, so I've decided to write an update with a major boost of 5 stars. If I could only go to one fast food burger joint for the rest of my life, In N Out would be it. Your workers are so overly cheerful and I just love your animal style cheeseburger, well done fries, and shakes. Thank you for fulfilling all my recent cravings, and I'll be seeing you again soon...
(5)Matt S.
I really thought that outdoing the really poor service I received the other day would have been difficult for this In-N-Out location, but these guys obviously shoot for the stars. This location is really a stain on an otherwise really great organization.
(1)Stephanie S.
In n Out is a California food STAPLE, so when I found out they had it in Utah, I was seriously excited!! Unfortunately, I could taste the difference. Well, my burger was good. It tasted like home! But my fries tasted like hard and chalky. Maybe they were just made bad that time? #Disappointed
(2)Mike M.
The first time i had a burger from this joint. I was actually pretty surprised. The service was very good and so was the burger. I enjoyed every bite to the end.
(5)Daniel M.
The burger I am eating right now is amazing! I get this "double double" every time but something about this one is special!
(5)Steven R.
Inn and out has always been my favorite burger place animal style is by far the best burger made by mad kind love it!
(5)Chans D.
Slightly over priced for a simple burger and fries. Service was friendly, but was also extremely slow. I won't be going back for the next decade.
(2)Bryan S.
I didn't know that In-N-Out was as far East as Utah so it was a pleasant surprise to see the Valley Fair location, kind of near the airport, which served as my apres-ski meal. I had my usual single burger, animal syle which was, as usual, really good. As usual the place was pretty clean. And as usual, the kids working there were really polite and clean looking (probably helps to have a ready supply of Mormon kids available).
(4)Pano R.
I'm not really into their burgers but there fries are so good! It's probably because they make them there in the restaurant fresh. I like how their employees are always happy and have good service.
(4)Igor C.
Had a Double Double with animal style fries. When I lived in CA I lived two blocks from an In-N-Out and I miss it. Still the best fast food burger around.
(5)Sam S.
Usually you can't have fast, cheap, and tasty but In-N-Out defies conventional logical by serving up burgers and fries that meet those very criteria! Tasty burgers, delicious fries, and yummy milkshakes keep me going back to In-N-Out time and time again. Do I enjoy other burger places like Five Guys still? You bet. But for $11 you can feed two adults at In-N-Out and that's hard to beat. For a fast food hamburger for a low low price it's hard to beat In-N-Out Burger. I most definitely prefer them over McDonald's, Wendy's, and Burger King.
(4)Deb D.
Grilled onions. Yum. Fast food, but tasty;)
(4)Shon H.
Like Mike Riley (Coach of the Oregon State Beavers) and his football team, after a big win, I like to enjoy myself some In-N-Out burger. Why you ask? Especially for a guy who is not big in to Chain restaurants. But In-N-Out is different. The Food is awesome (I like the Double Double, Extra Toast, with Onions and Well done Fries.) The restaurants are always clean, and some of the friendliest people are employed there. It may not be gormet, but it is good, and it is more than the food that brings me back.
(4)Garen M.
There are no In-n-Out burger stores in Oklahoma. I think there are a couple in Dallas. The closest one to me is in Salt Lake City, UT. I always eat there when I travel to Bonneville for the races. Great burger with killer sauce, excellent fries, served hot and fresh off the grille. Love 'em.
(4)jason b.
My 3rd time to an In-n-Out and it was finally good. Both prior times (to different locations) the fries were so old and stale it was seriously gross. Being OSU Beaver fans, we had to give this place a go after we beat BYU in Provo. It was good! Liked the shakes too.
(4)James A.
This was my first time at an In-N-Out and I was not totally impressed. The food was OK, but I have had better. I really don't have much to complain about it was just average.
(2)Julie S.
My second time trying in-n-out and I was pleasantly surprised when my siblings ordered off the "secret menu." It made my experience much better than my first... and I'm sold that customizable burgers for NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE in this price range deserve a 5 star standing ovation. Talk about top-notch service. Bravo, indeed! :) My sister got a double burger that was "animal style" while my brother got a double burger with "extra everything." She also ordered "extra crispy" fries -- aka "well done" fries. (The first time I tried this place I remember thinking that the fries were too soggy... Problem Solved!) * animal-style: includes mustard grilled patties, extra thousand island, extra grilled onions, and extra pickles. You can also order "animal-style fries" which are topped off with thousand island, cheese, and grilled onions. *** NOTE: Animal-style fries DO come at an extra-charge... where as animal-style burgers do not cost extra. It cost $6.80 for two animal-style fries. YES, that's more expensive than the burger. Was the value there for $6.80? NAH... stick with the no-charge animal-style burger and extra-crispy fries. * extra everything: includes extra hand-leafed lettuce, extra tomatos, extra onions, extra thousand island sauce, and extra pickles. Perusing the internet and word-of-mouth... The other "special menu" items I'd be interested in were: * split in half: for a nicely split burger for kids, or a snack :) * no-salt: for both your burgers AND fries * chilis on the side: for a spicy kick :) * protein style: lettuce wrapped burger Oh, in-n-out -- I hear that the patties are never frozen so the restaurants are limited by this policy. (I also heard they freshly cut their own fries!) I now understand why my sister drives from Seattle to California... And why her friend tried to bring her some back from her California trip. Yes, CRAZY students CRAZY about CRAZY good burgers :) P.S. Please bring an In-N-Out to Tacoma or University Place in Washington State ! ASAP :)
(5)Mary F.
Was driving across the country and this In N Out was on the way, so of course, in keeping with our "it's fine nothing counts as gluttony cause we're on a road trip" diet we had to drive-thru. Got a burger animal style (cooked in mustard) and asked for the fries to be double fried. I like my burgers spicy, and as they don't have hot sauce, I asked for some peppers. They gave me a packet with two little bright green peppers in it - they looked banana peppers but had far more of a kick, which I loved. Overall, I think I still prefer the taste of Five Guys' burgers, but these guys win hands down on presentation. Just look at this picture.
(4)Darla T.
I give them 4 stars because they are normally great. However today the order was completely wrong from drinks to burgers. I didn't realize it till I got back to work which then made us late from lunch. Super frustrating.
(4)Alex J.
I'm torn on how to rate in n out. For a fast food restaurant it's not bad. It's not amazing like so many reviews rave either. It's a fast food hamburger that is better than most other chains. That's it.
(3)John K.
Yum
(5)Charles S.
PLEASE don't compare In-N-Out Burger to the high-end, high-priced, burger joints. They are not in the same league, even though they play the same sport. Do you compare Chili's to Fleming's? Of course not! Do you compare Little Caeser's to Settebello or The Pie? Duh. In-N-Out is at the same price point as Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King and the like. And In-N-Out blows those places out of the water! This is good, fresh food. The fries are made from real potates and are sliced fresh all day long. The burgers are juicy and delicious, with fresh and tasty toppings. The employees are always in a good mood (or at least faking it) and the service is excellent! Can I get a vastly superior burger in Salt Lake? Oh yes. Hell, I can even get a vastly superior burger right across the parking lot! BUT it will cost me 30%-200% more! If I want a fast, cheap, tasty burger. In-N-Out does the trick quite nicely thank you very much.
(4)Jonathan D.
Cant go wrong with a single animal style, fries and a shake.
(5)Michael R.
My daughter was not impressed with her animal style burger, I however though it was a damn fine burger and fries, second only to Five Guys.
(3)Paul L.
Oh boy oh boy oh boy oh boy. I was in Salt Lake City for business and I threw out a "Let's go to In-N-Out" before lunch, thinking that there wasn't any in the area. All of a sudden, the clouds in the sky parted and the fresh-burger-patty-gods yelled "Behold, Weaver Of Dreams, there is indeed an In-N-Out for you to nourish your high school appetite." After blacking out for a good 20 minutes, I looked down towards an empty red plastic tray with empty packaging where a double double animal-style, fries, and shake used to sit.
(5)Yu H.
Service is excellent. Fries were excellent. I like being able to customize my order. My only complaint is that the beef patties are a little bit skimpy, although it's made up by the fact that you can add on as many as you want.
(4)Wade B.
Best deal around, I go here usually twice a week and have been for the past 6 months or so, yeah it is quality, price and service that always brings me back, get some free hot peppers with my burger to bring home to my old lady. I either order a cheese burger with grilled onions or a double double with grilled onions, always hits the spot, it seems to take longer to get your burger when they have less customers, not sure why, 10 minutes can be a little frustrating to just get a burger but you have to take in to account all the lazy asses that clog up the drive through. The workers are always better than good, even when they are training people they seem better than your typical burger joint. When you consider I've been there in upwards of 60 times and never had problem really, I think the lettuce was a little limp once, but that is pretty damn good to me.
(5)Portia M.
Animal-style burgers are the only way. But wait they are not on the menu! There are several things on the "secret" menu besides the animal including protein (lettuce bun), 3x3, 4x4, and even a grilled cheese. The animal is a great burger a little wet and messy with extra sauce but always finger licking, lip smacking delicious. The juicy patty taken over the top with the addition of rich caramelized onions and pickles. This is Friday Night MUNCHIE HEAVEN. MINUS ONE for good fries that just aren't great - not quite crispy enough. While they are hand cut from fresh potatoes and that is awesome, I do not think they are cooked long enough and get soggy quickly. But kudos for the CHEAP price and high quality of ingredients. And the staff is happy - seemingly loving their jobs.
(4)Cormin U.
I was so happy when the first In-N-Out was built in Utah. I'm even happier now that they're building new locations that are getting closer and closer to where I live. Still, I don't mind driving out all the way to West Valley to get my fix of their delicious hamburgers and animal-style fries. I've been there during different times of the day and have never had to wait too long to order and get my food. Sometimes, when they are busier than usual, they'll send out an employee with a portable ordering device so that the line will move faster! How efficient! Although their menu doesn't have a big selection, it makes your decision that much easier. The employees are always SUPER enthusiastic. I don't know what they're feeding their employees but I've never had better customer service at any other fast food joint. Conveniently, they also ask if you're eating your food in your car so that they can package your food in a box and give you paper mats. Might I also say that their vanilla shake is delicious? A downside is that they only accept Visa and Mastercard so I can't earn cash back on my AMEX here. 5 stars for me! :)
(5)Me Y.
Soggy Fries and plain burgers with too much lettuce. I gave this place 2 stars for excellent service and a burger that isn't the worst I've ever had. I've eaten at In-N-Out a few different times over the past 7 years, and they are all the same: Soggy fries and plain burgers with too much lettuce. I don't care how fresh all of the ingredients are if it taste like crap. It amazes me that people think so highly of this place. Then again, the people that frequent these fast food places think that going "out" for a nice dinner is another burger from Chilli's. I could make a better burger with frozen patties out of a box and better fries from a bag of off-brand frozen french fries. Smother anything in ranch or fry sauce out here in the west, and the locals think it's awesome "food." I would rather eat at Wendy's and spend the extra dollar for my meal than eat at In-N-Out.
(2)Angela S.
Finally there is one near my house. :) Love In & Out. Fresh & Yummy. --- Plus the guy David who works there in the early part of the day is super cute. ;)

I love In-N-Out with all of my heart. After living in Upstate NY for a year where all they have is Five Guys, I was looking forward to this meal. The SLC location happened to be the first encountered on the drive back to CA from NY. Despite the four stars, this was THE WORST In-N-Out I've ever been to in terms of the secret menu. My rootbeer float was made backwards (shake first?) so a lot of the soda fizzed out and the cup was only half full. No big deal, I thought, I'm just happy to be here so I didn't complain. Then our order came. Cheeseburgers instead of grilled cheese. As a suffering vegetarian, handing me a cheeseburger totally throws me for a loop - throw it away and waste perfectly good food OR eat it and feel remarkably guilty for the rest of the day? They replaced our food quickly but the cheese wasn't quite melted enough and the apology, a little late. Oh well. This just proves my theory that In-N-Out, like Mexican food, improves the farther West you get. I'm sure if you order normal menu items here, they are perfectly fine.

When I heard In-N-Out was coming to Northern Utah, I could barely contain myself. I'd always eaten here in So. Cal and Las Vegas, and I absolutely love it. One of the cool things about this place is their "secret menu." Whether a marketing tactic or something that has just grown naturally, you are always wanting to know what they can do to your Double-Double to make it that much better. You really can't beat the price point either. You can walk out of In-N-Out satisfied without dropping $9~$11 bones. Great place to grab a quick bite, and I'll give you my recommendation... Double-Double, Animal Style, No Tomato, w/ Chopped Chilis...throw in a Neapolitan shake as a bonus.

Awesome. I have eaten at In and Out in 4 states now. Amazing consistency! Try it! Simply the best fast food burger there is!

Decided to check this place out to see what all the hype was about. Rolled up to the drive-thru and there was a person standing there ready to take my order. Not sure if that is normal or if their speaker thing was broken. Placed my order and drove to the window to pickup my food. The drive-thru lane has bunch of big glass windows so you can see them making your food. At first I thought this was neat, then I realized that the employees are looking at you more than you are looking at them. Kind of gave me the creeps and I keep my eyes looking straight the entire time I waited. Waited 8 minutes and then got my food. Twas delish!! The meat patty was thin but not overcooked, the veggies were fresh and the sauce they use is devine. The fries also get an A+. This place is cheap too. For a double double combo w/ large drink and a single cheeseburger, my total was around 8 bucks.

In-N-Out is a great hamburger joint. When they first starting building locations here in northern Utah there was a lot of hype about it. The drive-thru line was longer than any other fast food restaurant. Sometimes the wait was around 30 minutes. I wonder, are their hamburgers really that good or is it all hype? Putting hype aside, the hamburgers are really good. I personally prefer this place over Five Guys. This may not be the best location, but it works. I remember in college my friends and I would drive down to St. George just to have In-N-Out.... now we can enjoy it here in Northern Utah.

Okay after listening to people rave on & on about how amazing the place is we finally tried it.... Subpar at best! I just don't get it, just a regular ole nasty fast food burger. I remain unimpressed & won't eat that garbage again!!

Before any Utah in and out burgers, I had to drive down to Las Vegas. Now I have one close to home. Just gotta say great burger fix and fresh fries. The place is always busy. In N Out forever.
